How do you get these dirt bikes working again?

My buddy and I are going to "restore" three dirt motorcycles that have been sitting in storage for a while. Theyve never really been used and are in good shape, they just wont start. Can some one gives us a list of the things that we have to do to get these bikes working again (in order of importance)?
