Stock 350 bored 30 over Hp?

I have a 350 bored 30 over with a 400 crank don't really know the cam but its pretty big world product heads crane roller rockers edelbrock air gap intake will this make it a 358 stroker whats the horse power range i will be in? and also motor runs but when u drive it n get up to speed it pops out the carb what will cause this problem
