Tulle hemming help needed without cutting dress?

Daughter is very short and running for town Queen. I borrowed a very pretty tulle dress. Under it has a satin lining, then about 3 thicker tulle which I was able to raise up at the waist without taking it apart. Then it has another satin overcoat on which on top of that has 3 uneven layers of white and pink tulle that I need to hem without cutting it. Any suggestions? I was thinking of using invisible thread but it might bunch up too much. I was thinking also to take it apart at the waist but it's not my dress and it has to many layers. Help and quickly. I only have 2 weeks to do this.
