Why is smoke coming from my valve covers on my 395 cbinch small block Chevy?

i have a 395 scat stroker kit on my 1970 camaro. all parts were new when i did the install. i have had the car running for about a year an i am getting smoke from my breathers. i have i think it was 215 psi in each cylinder its 11.4 to 1 ratio. i have some oil on my spark plugs but not a whole lot.
