Can I use a 351 Windsor from the 1970's to 99's to build a stroker engine?

The good thing about the older blocks is yes they can handle the power alot better but to the same with the newer blocks should work just fine. I have a 408 that was out of a 85 and it can handle a 75 shot of NOS with it. So yes you can use a newer block but make sure when it gets honed you dont go over the 30,
