Don't you think John Hemming, the Lib Dem Injunction buster, abused his parliamentary priviledges?
Although i am against super injuctions, i feel that John Hemming acted unconstitutionally by outing Ryan Giggs as the love rat involved with Imogen Thomas. I feel that where it is needed people's names should be outed. Like in cases of pedophiles ect, if they had super injuctions preventig them from being named in the press, i would be all for blowing them out of the water. However i feel that given the fact what goes on behind closed doors between a shamed footballer and a hoe trying to make it big is a private issue and not of any national need to know basis, i think he was wrong for bringing his name out. Would we really care if it didn't come out? After all, we are not involved so it is none of our business. Let me know what you think.
