I have a 94 f150 with a inline 6. i wanna swap it out with a 351w with a stroker kit.?

it has a automatic tran in it now and i would like to swap that for a 5 speed one. which one would be best? also, what else do i need besides: clutch pedal, throughout bearing, pressure plate, clutch plate and fluid tank? thanks
