TJ with a stroker right for me?

I plan on going to GenRight for a fender kit that will allow me to run 35's without a lift. I have a 2.5 inch lift on there now, going with a Ford 8.8 swap and Chrome shafts in my Dana 30 with 4.56 gears. There will be lockers. I'm 99% positive that a stroked 4.0 would be perfect, but want to hear some opinions.
