What goes along with installing a new 383 stroker in my 1990 chevy cheyenne truck?

I want to put a 383 stroker crate engine in my truck. I found one for 3 grand. How much would it cost to have someone install it. What other things do I have to do so the engine will work. Since im installing a new more powerful motor, do i need to install a new transmission to work with it? And if so how much u think that will run me, mats and labor. Thanks truck bros
