What is the best N/A way to get 300whp out of my B18C1 N/A?

I have a 98 integra gsr 4 door. I am going to build it all motor. I am going to go with a BC stroker kit with an 83mm bore, and make 12.5:1 compression. Then build the head and ECU, tune, the works. My question is with 100shot of nitrous, could I make this beast possible? I understand it is going to be extremely expensive. And also keep it as my daily driver.
