What is the importance of drawing in electrical engineering?

In electrical engg, if you need to draw machines, then drawing is important to get the cut away views correctly. If you need to draw the Poles and indicate what their size is, drawing becomes important. It is however perhaps not as imporatnt as it is to mechnical engineers.
