Whats the best things to do when doing a 347 stroker kit to a 5.0?

Ok, so I was thinking about going with the Edelbrock RPM Intake manifold, and 185cc Heads. Then Pypes long tube headers. 262 Comp Cams. Then when I go to do the 347 stroker kit will I be ready, and will I need to do anything else? I have heard you need to bore it .30 out, but what does that mean? And do I need to do it?
