Why is it so bad to "look up" to Hitler?

Ok I am black and I love history, politics and philosophy. It is obvious that Hitler was a brilliant person IN TERMS OF his charisma, speaking and way of doing things. While I disagree whole heartedly with his philosophy and views, I still do see the Nazi's and Hitler as brilliant for the way the conducted things and ran a nation, it really is brilliant evne if you hatet hem.
