Will a 383 stroker beat a 2010 mustang GT?

I have a 1972 Chevelle with a 383 in it, with many upgrades, It's got 323 gears 10 bolt rear posi, vic JR highrise with a eldebrock 4 barrel 750 carb with a manual choke and a 1 inch lift plate under it, aluminum pro comp heads mild cam, flowmaster 40s dumped before the rear axle, 10 inch torque converter set @ 3500 RPM I think, K&N intake filter, 350 trans with a shift kit, and the car has had a little bit of weight reduction and aluminum full length headers. Now the mustang is pretty much stock with a few minor upgrades, the exhaust is upgraded, and it has a cold air intake, otherwise it's pretty much stock I think, I know there's a few more upgrades but nothing MAJOR.
