Does a stroker kit from 2.0 to 2.2 increase power?

im talking about an sr20, im looking to make 320-380 hp i wanna improve turbo spool up time im gonna try n get as much power out off the engine itself and keep the turbo on the smaller side, the smaller the better...so does a storker kit increase power?
